How it works
I only work with founders who Iām confident I can add at least 7 figures of value to in one day. How?
I call it The Million Dollar Day.
Step 1 - You apply and tell me a bit about you and your business. You should already have a big problem you want help tackling. Some great ideas of things I like to work with founders on are: pivotal decisions in the business, fundraising strategy, preparing for an exit, finding product market fit, scaling sales, or even post-exit challenges. The problem, if solved, should be able to add 7 figures of value.
Step 2 - If approved, I send you over pre-work. This is like an x-ray into your business, helping me understand all the ins and outs and get caught up to speed on your business and challenges.
Step 3 - Once the pre-work is complete, I review and send any follow up questions. Then we find a mutually convenient time for us to spend 4 hours together. This can be done remote or in-person in Tokyo, Japan.
Step 4 - We put our brains together for 4 hours (with some breaks for air). We rip it apart, debate, and come up with solutions for your biggest challenges. You will walk away with a robust, detailed, action plan that should result in at least 7 figures or more of direct value.
